Edit manually maintained earnings

After searching for payment allocations, you will be able to view the payment lines for each program line returned by your search criteria by selecting a program line from the search results.

The following buttons will always be available to you within the payment lines panel:

• View program line · Clicking on this button will take you to the selected program line edit / view page.
• View trading program notes · Clicking on this button will allow you to view the trading program notes of the selected program lines’ trading program, and create trading program notes if you have edit access to the trading program.

You will notice you will also have the option to edit the earnings of manually maintained program lines. The definition of a ‘manually maintained’ program line will be dependent upon your Trading Program configuration.

You will be able to edit the payment line earnings by clicking on the Earnings value of program lines which meet any of the following criteria:

• Mechanism plugin is ‘Externally calculated’.
• Mechanism plugin is ‘Externally calculated’, plus workflow status is ‘Fully signed’.
• Mechanism plugin is ‘Externally calculated (apportioned)’, plus workflow status is ‘Fully signed’ and the Finance App uses actual earnings.

Please note — only payment lines which have an end date before the current date will be displayed.
