Trading Programs

Streamlined Buying Group Management

Managing buying groups can be complex—tracking members, setting up agreements, and maintaining structure is critical. Our latest feature simplifies these processes, providing you with greater control and efficiency. You can now:

  • Establish buying groups as trading partners
  • Assign members to groups with specific start dates
  • Automatically integrate member transactions into your programs
  • Seamlessly transfer members between groups, ensuring all transactions are accounted for

Optimized Unit of Measure (UoM) Conversions

Updating Unit of Measure (UoM) conversion rates across multiple programs has been cumbersome. Our Global UoM solution centralizes this process.

Now, UoM conversion rates are stored at the dimension level, allowing program lines to pull from a master list, streamlining management of products with varying units and conversion rates.

Enhanced System Integration with Reference API Endpoints

For users integrating Enable with systems like ERP, CRM, or BI tools, our new API endpoints offer a more efficient way to update records using consistent references across your platforms, reducing reliance on Enable-specific IDs.

Track Individual Targets with Precision

Our latest update allows for precise tracking of individual target achievements across periods, particularly beneficial for those utilizing Group and Individual (G&I) targets. This functionality enables more informed decision-making.

Fair and Flexible Earnings Apportionment

For those who prefer to distribute earnings over time rather than in a lump sum, our new feature offers the flexibility to apportion earnings using either a scaled or total model—ideal for “In arrears” payment schedules.

Claims

Tailored Approval Workflows

Different agreements and partners often require customized approval workflows. This new feature allows you to set specific workflows, ensuring claims are processed and approved efficiently.

From within individual partner settings, select the preferred approval workflow  

Aligned Payment and Claim Frequencies

We’ve introduced a feature that ensures payment and claim schedules are aligned. If they differ, the payment frequency will take precedence, ensuring earnings are claimed at the correct time and reducing the risk of disputes.

Controlled Visibility of Evidence Files

With new visibility controls, you can now manage who has access to evidence files on claims. Administrators can easily restrict or grant access, ensuring sensitive information is shared appropriately.
