We're incredibly excited to bring to you the latest wave of Enable updates. We've been hard at work brewing these features and enhancements that are set to make your Enable journey smoother, more efficient, and more intuitive. These updates were released to your UAT channels on May 19, 2023, and will go to your live channels on June 24, 2023.
Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs) are contracts between a seller and a buyer that facilitate the purchase of goods or services at a price that deviates from the standard list price. They are commonly used in B2B transactions to provide tailored pricing solutions that address specific customer needs, promoting loyalty and increasing sales volume. Enable simplifies SPAs by providing a single platform that centralizes agreement management, automates manual processes and allows for collaboration between you and your trading partners.
Understanding the importance of SPAs in managing your trading relationships, we’ve added a feature that lets you set and manage quantity limits for products on SPAs. This capability allows you to enforce limits or make comparisons between projections and actuals, giving you better control over product volumes.
But we didn't stop there! You now have the ability to identify and re-upload only those contract lines that have failed upon import. This feature helps you save time and effort in correcting data issues and understanding where the problems lie. For further clarity, we’ve updated the “Supplier” header to “End-customer” in the transaction import template to accurately reflect the trading partner involved in the transaction. This way, there's no room for confusion.
Moreover, we've introduced the functionality to create unique, trading partner-specific price lists. This helps you streamline your data and focus on what's relevant to each trading partner. If you're dealing with international customers, you'll appreciate our new multi-currency support for SPA channels. Now you can manage SPAs with different currencies without hassle.
The newly minted Executive Dashboard for SPAs is a comprehensive control center for all your SPA management needs. With a versatile currency filter and interactive tiles within the “Configure view” option, this dashboard is all about offering a custom, at-a-glance view of your SPAs.
Collaborator is a game-changer for businesses managing rebate programs. It turbocharges collaboration with trading partners in real-time, streamlines workflows, and provides insightful reports, helping you turn rebate management into a competitive advantage.
As part of our ongoing effort to make collaboration seamless and enjoyable, we've reimagined the invitation and welcome emails for new users. The new designs are more engaging and provide easy access to helpful resources and the Rebate Strategist Community.
We've also introduced a way for your admins to resend Collaborator invitations in bulk, accelerating the onboarding process for channels with a large number of collaborators. Plus, Collaborator users with access to Partner Dashboard for at least two partners, can now switch between different Partner Dashboards without navigating back to the Collaborator landing page, making it even easier to collaborate with multiple partners.
We’re committed to delivering a fast and smooth user experience. To that end, we've significantly boosted the loading speed of attributes and their values when editing selection rules. Now, you can edit selection rules faster, making your overall experience more efficient.
In addition, we've made improvements to the Trading Partner attribute set-up page. Regardless of how many trading partners your channel has, the Add, Edit, and Delete functions are now more robust, ensuring smooth performance even under heavy loads.
In line with Enable’s commitment to release product updates on a regular cadence, we have numerous other new features under development that will be ready for you to view in your UAT environment on June 30th, 2023. Deployment of this next set of features to your live environment will take place on August 5th, 2023.
