Navigating the SPA PDF

The special pricing agreement (SPA) PDF allows you to review a summary of the information configured in the agreement. This document can also be shared with your Collaborators, i.e. the distributor or manufacturer you are forming the SPA with in Enable, to simplify collaboration and ensure a single source of truth with your partners from one shared platform.

All approved SPAs have a PDF document available to view via the PDF tab.

Use the toggle to view the two versions of PDFs: Full version and End customer version.

• Full version: All aspects of the SPA will be displayed on the PDF file.
• End-customer version: All information relevant to the end-customer will be displayed on the PDF file. All distributor-related information and support will not be shown. This PDF will be the same version your Collaborators will see if Visibility of the SPA is set to Shared.

Click the Download PDF button to download the PDF based on the version selected in the toggle currently.

Tip: If the PDF tab is not yet displayed, the contract status may be Draft or Ready for approval. The PDF will become available once the SPA has been approved.

The Full version PDF displays the following:

• Special Pricing Agreement title: A document title of Special Pricing Agreement alongside the dates of the SPA.
• Reference and Agreement name: Displayed below the title for easy reference.
• Version and Period: Indicates whether changes have been made to a previous iteration of the SPA.
• Parties: The Manufacturer, Distributor, and End-customer(s) on the SPA.
• Details: The basic elements of the contract, including reference, agreement name, delivery types and the dates the agreement is valid for.
• Distributor terms: The calculation mechanism, pricing, and other details specific to the distributor on the agreement.
• End-customer terms: The calculation mechanism, pricing, and other details specific to the end-customer on the agreement.
• Branches: The distributor branches which will receive support.
• Products: The individual products, categories or groups which will receive support.
• Notes: Custom text such as terms and conditions, payment conditions, or other information relevant to the SPA, displayed in chronological order.

The End-customer PDF displays the following:

• Special Pricing Agreement title: A document title of Special Pricing Agreement alongside the dates of the SPA.
• Reference and Agreement name: Displayed below the title for easy reference.
• Version and Period: Indicates whether changes have been made to a previous iteration of the SPA.
• Parties: The Manufacturer, Distributor, and End-customer(s) on the SPA.
