Contract status

The contract status of a special pricing agreement (SPA) determines the stage of approval the SPA is in. There are currently three different special pricing agreement (SPA) statuses: draft, ready for approval, and approved. The contract status of a SPA can be viewed on the SPA listing page or within the SPA itself.

The draft status means that the SPA is not yet ready for approval as some of the mandatory fields are missing. Clicking the ‘Approve’ button, within the SPAs, will highlight these missing fields. This contract status is represented by a red circle.

Once all mandatory fields have been completed and saved, the status will automatically change to ready for approval. The ready for approval status means that the SPA is ready for approval as all the required information has been filled in. This contract status is represented by an amber circle.

The approved status means that the SPA has been filled in and approved. Find out how to approve a SPA here. This contract status is represented by a green circle. SPAs with this status will be accruing support based on transactions that have been imported and matched to the SPA.

On the SPAs listing page, the contract status and their relevant colours are outlined.
Within the SPA, the contract status is visible near the top right of the screen.
