Better Insights, Faster Decisions: Our Latest Updates Are Here

In this product release update, we’re excited to introduce powerful AI-driven features designed to optimize both Trading Programs and Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs). From Smart Analysis, which uncovers purchasing patterns and rebate opportunities, to Configurable Dashboards, which allow teams to tailor insights for better decision-making, these updates make rebate management more efficient and strategic than ever. Plus, we have some general updates, so read on to explore the latest enhancements!

AI-Powered Analytics

Tracking rebate performance and making strategic adjustments just got easier. The latest updates to AI-Powered Analytics help teams quickly analyze trends, understand what’s driving changes, and stay informed—without spending hours on spreadsheets.

Configurable Dashboards

With Configurable Dashboards, finance and rebate teams can now tailor visualizations to highlight earnings, margins, and revenue trends in a way that makes the most sense for their business. By mapping rebate data to key performance metrics, teams get a clearer picture of how rebates impact profitability—no manual reporting required.

Smart Analysis

Smart Analysis brings automated insights directly into reports, helping sales and account managers quickly identify patterns in customer purchasing behavior and spot opportunities to optimize rebate strategies. Instead of sifting through raw data, users can surface trends and anomalies with just a few clicks.

Change Analysis

When rebate performance shifts, it’s now easier to understand why. Change Analysis lets users compare two data points and automatically highlights the key factors behind the difference—whether it’s a shift in volume, product mix, or another underlying driver.

KPI Alerts

Staying ahead of critical rebate changes is also simpler with KPI Alerts. Teams can set up automatic notifications for unexpected anomalies, key thresholds, and scheduled updates—ensuring they never miss an important shift in rebate performance.

Sharing & Notifications

Finally, Sharing & Notifications makes collaboration easier by allowing users to send dashboards and insights directly to colleagues who need them. Whether it’s a finance leader tracking rebate accruals or a sales manager monitoring customer incentive performance, the right people can access the right insights at the right time.

These enhancements are now available in AI-Powered Analytics. Explore the latest features in your account or reach out to your CSM to learn more about upgrading.

Trading Programs

Automated Baselines to Simplify Growth-Based Rebates

To save time and improve accuracy, baselines for growth-based rebates are now automatically calculated using past transactions from the same period. Baselines can be easily viewed and updated via CSV, and growth program lines with separate targets and earnings are fully supported, with baselines calculated using only target transactions. Users can still switch to manual baselines when needed, and existing manual setups will remain unaffected.

Buying Group Member Management Enhancements

Managing large buying groups is now faster and more flexible with the ability to bulk add members using a CSV template. Whether adding a few members or hundreds, users can choose to upload multiple members directly through the UI or automate the process using Automated Imports. This significantly reduces setup time and ensures dynamic updates when records change in source systems, enabling suppliers to manage their rebate programs with accuracy and ease.

Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs)

Managing Special Pricing Jobs

A Special Pricing Job (SPJ) is a project-specific pricing arrangement that ensures products are properly purchased through purchase orders (POs) and sold to end customers for the correct job. With this latest release, users can now create and manage Special Pricing Jobs within the SPAs platform, enabling them to efficiently handle both job-specific deals and broader agreements in the same system.

To set up an SPJ, users create a contract by selecting the “Special Pricing Job” option, linking key variables such as sales and returns to the correct job. When transactions are uploaded, the system matches them directly to the corresponding contract using the SPJ reference. Users can customize how matching works through SPJ channel settings, prioritizing SPJs or restricting matches strictly to them. This ensures accurate support calculations and prevents errors or transaction overlaps.

Increased Flexibility for End-Customer Accounts

For SPAs that apply only to specific subgroups within an end-customer account, a new dimension has been introduced to manage this complexity at a granular level. Users first configure the End-Customer Account in the dimension settings, after which they can easily view and select specific accounts within the agreement setup. This enhancement improves agreement management, allowing for more precise transaction matching and accurate support calculations.
