Guaranteed rate is a program line setting that is available upon request. For targeted mechanisms, it is possible to set a guaranteed rate that acts as a minimum rate for the program line. The guaranteed rate is only applied when the rate of the achieved target band is lower than the guaranteed rate. Guaranteed rates are only available for retrospective program lines.
