Why did they engage Enable?

Corporate Rewards required a cost effective system that would allow its accounts team, as well as its operations team to manage purchase orders, invoices and payments in an effective way.

The client also wanted a system that would provide full visibility between the two teams and a reliable tool to check and monitor the current status of orders and invoices. The ultimate aim for Corporate Rewards was to achieve and implement a solid system that was user friendly and would allow the operations team and the accounts team to work in harmony and optimize the PO, invoice and payment process, which is a core function of the business.

What did Enable do?

Enable Software has rapidly implemented a high quality web based PO System that allows full visibility between the operations and the accounts team. The operations teams is now able to view suppliers, review existing purchase orders and create new ones which are generated in PDF format, whereas the accounts team can view and update invoices and process payments.

Enable has also developed a system that allows the operations team to download orders directly from the company's website and import them into the PO System, which automatically generates purchase order numbers for these orders.

The PO System implemented by Enable also allows the operations team to manage purchase orders in an effective way and has enabled Corporate Rewards to shift from a paper based system to a fully functional web based solution.
