Enable allows you to renew special pricing agreements (SPAs) individually or in bulk, to optimize your processes when a number of agreements expire at the same time, for example at the end of the quarter or year.
This article will guide you through how to renew SPAs.
SPAs can be renewed in bulk or individually via the SPAs listing page, where you can set filters to narrow down the SPAs you wish to renew.
A SPA can only be renewed when the agreement is expiring, i.e. the SPA is approved and the end date is within the next 60 days.
To renew SPAs via the listing page:
Step 1: Click the Mode dropdown.
Step 2: Select Bulk renewal mode. The listing will automatically update to only display SPAs where the SPA has an Approved contract status and is expiring.
Step 3: Select any number of SPAs using the checkboxes on the left, or select all by using the checkbox at the top of the column.
Step 4: Click the Renew button at the bottom of the page. Enable will now automatically renew the selected SPAs.
Note: Bulk renewal may take time to complete if you are renewing a higher number of SPAs.
