The trading program PDF can be found in the Summary tab of a trading program and can be downloaded as a PDF document. The trading program PDF contains a summary of the trading program, breakdown of the program lines in the trading program and terms and conditions for that trading program.
The trading program PDF can also have signatories to show that the trading program has been confirmed and signed off. This can be configured for manual workflow to have 3 signatories — 2 on behalf of your company and 1 on behalf of the trading partner. For automatic workflow these signatories will be automatically generated based on the users who were involved in the approval workflow for that trading program.
The terms for the trading program can be configured on request by an Enable Administrator to include all terms and conditions. You can configure the trading program PDF to automatically populate with the trading partner name, trading partner ID, trading program ID etc. Enable can also configure free text boxes, multi-select lists, single select lists and more. It is also possible to brand the PDF to suit your company's needs.
