The Kick Off is designed to introduce you, and your project team, to your dedicated Enable Implementation team. At this point, you will also receive a demonstration of Enable's Support Hub, get access to an Enable account, and dig deeper into the specific onboarding cycles that drive our process.
This meeting will be attended by your Customer Success Manager, who will introduce you to a dedicated Implementation Lead and Implementation Analyst. The Implementation team will work with you to configure your channel to your requirements, and train you on how to use the Enable platform.
Depending on the information and time available we will take you through our design process. Using any information you have provided us your implementation team will introduce you to some of the key concepts we need to begin getting data into your channel within Enable.
