How do I configure a special pricing agreement without pricing for a specific end customer?

In some business scenarios, support is independent of the customer pricing but requires support to be reported with knowledge of the end customer. To do this, you will need to:

  1. Create a template with no end customer pricing. You can find the steps to do this here; on step 4.c. you need to ensure the specify end customer pricing is unchecked.
  2. Update your template using the guidance here.
  3. Create a DSC with the new template
  4. Update your new DSC using the guidance here.
  5. Create your SPA using the steps shown in the DSC enrollment here.

You should now have a SPA agreement with no pricing information, but it will have an end-customer specified.
