Right now our customers, our communities, and the world at large are facing unprecedented challenges. To overcome the impacts of COVID-19, it’s important that we work together. In that spirit, we wanted to share some of the things we’re doing to help safeguard our customers, our employees, and our wider society.

Providing free access to Enable solutions

There’s never been a more difficult time to run a business, so we wanted to do something to make life easier. That’s why we’re now offering our ‘Essentials’ package free of charge during the pandemic, enabling you to collaborate with trading partners. This package includes the ability to author deals, build a central deals repository, tools for collaborative workflows, and a full audit trail – so you can work more closely, even when you’re further apart. You can get started right away.

Help us donate to the Coronavirus Relief Fund

We’re on a mission to improve the lives of sales, purchasing and finance teams who create and track rebates and deals, leading to better trading relationships and mutual success across the whole supply chain. Our recent $13m Series-A funding round is accelerating this. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve been working hard to find a way to align that core mission with the coronavirus relief efforts. To help improve our product we’re carrying out short market research interviews with sales, purchasing and finance professionals who deal with rebates and B2B deals. In return for 15 minutes of your time we’ll donate $25 to the Coronavirus Relief Fund in the US or £25 to Stratford-upon-Avon foodbank in the UK. Our goal is to donate$5,000+ this month (April 2020) – and we’d love it if you could help us reach this goal. Every participant will receive a report containing the full findings of our market research. Click here to take part and book your call.

Putting people first

Our people make Enable possible, so we’ve gone to great lengths to help them stay safe at this time. Every one of our team members is currently performing their role from home, external meetings have been replaced with video and audio calls, and we’ve extended our sickness policy in light of the current situation.

Ensuring business continuity

Like all well-managed businesses, our trusted business continuity plans have been put into action and we are in great shape. We’re confident that our operational performance and SLAs will not be affected by the current situation. Our internal systems are secure, robust and can be maintained remotely. And this also applies to the applications that we support and maintain on your behalf. We appreciate that this is a dynamic situation, and we’ll continue to provide regular updates as things change. In the meantime, rest assured you’re in safe hands. If there’s anything else we can help you with at this time, or you have any questions about how we’re responding to the current crisis, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
