Our Onboarding team

Onboarding with our Customer Success team

As part of Onboarding, you will be assigned three individuals from Enable’s Customer Success team — a Customer Success Manager, an Implementation Lead and an Implementation Analyst. They will work with your assigned Project Manager and project team members to meet the agreed deadlines and deliverables.

Your Customer Success Manager is in charge of the onboarding process from Enable's side. The Implementation Lead will be primarily focusing on the delivery of your solution, support your testing, and your post-go-live. The Implementation Analyst will be working with you to uncover how the existing business processes map into your channel configuration, and identify where they don’t so that you can consider possible process changes.
