Channel admin users can set app access for users, allowing individual user-based permissions to be set depending on the team member’s requirements for trading programs. Additional user settings can be edited at any time for existing users.
Users are located within the Config area of the Trading programs app.
Channel admin users will have access to the Config area and user management within Enable. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To navigate to user configuration:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Users in the drop-down menu. You will automatically be navigated to Users within the Config area.
To set user access settings and app access for a user, click on the user within the users list. The user details panel will automatically be displayed on the right.
After a user has been created, the Enter details and User preferences sections cannot be edited by a channel admin user. Scroll down on the panel on the right to view the User access settings and App access sections, which can be populated using the details explained below.
Depending on the features enabled for your channel, you can set user access settings on a per-user level. The options available can include:
Tip: Once you have made changes to the user access settings, make sure you click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

This section only displays when the Executive Dashboard checkbox has been set within App access.
Click the Send welcome email button for your user to be invited to use Enable. Note: A new user will not have access until this email is sent.
The team member will then receive an email from Enable inviting them to start using the platform. They will be required to click on the URL provided and if they do not already have an account with Enable, set the details for their account.
For users who have already been sent a welcome email, the Send welcome email button will be disabled. Need a welcome email to be resent? Please reach out to our support team here.
If a user has attempted to log in too many times unsuccessfully, they will be locked out of their account until a channel admin user unlocks the user. A padlock icon will be displayed next to users who have been locked out.
To allow a locked user to log in again, click on the locked user and click on the Unlock button.
