Interacting with a collaborator through comments

Comments provide a single centralized location for communication between you and your Collaborators, and also facilitates direct sharing of supporting documentation. There is a single comment thread in the context of each trading program, visible to both you and your collaborators.

How to use trading program comments

Within the Summary tab of a trading program, the Comments tab allows you to interact with your collaborator by sending messages and sharing documents in one centralized location. You can view and add comments at any time for trading programs which you have access to.

To add a comment for your trading partner to see, type your message in the box, click the paperclip icon to share a relevant attachment of up to 20MB if required, and click the send arrow icon.

To delete a comment you have sent for both you and your trading partner, click on the X on the right of the comment.

How to view unread comments

To view a list of trading programs with unread comments:

Step 1: Click on Trading programs in the green banner at the top of the page

Step 2: Click on List or Workflow report in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click on More filters.

Step 4: Under Activity on the right of the screen, click on Unread comments and click on With unread comments in the drop-down menu.

Step 5: Click the Close button to view the full report.

Then, to view the unread comments within a trading program:

Step 6: Click on a row to select a trading program

Step 7: Click on View program

Step 8: In the Summary tab, click on the Comments tab.
