You can book this call through our Support hub. Once there, you should be able to see a dark blue widget at the bottom of the page, titled Appointment. Clicking this will direct you through to a booking page where you will be able to pick a suitable time for you. We have availability for calls from 08:00 to 01:00 (BST), which is 03:00 to 20:00 (ET) and 00:00 to 17:00 (PT).
