Only admin users can invite team members to start using Trading Programs. This article will show you how to add a new user, to manage the permissions of exiting users please see our article on managing user access settings. Before a user from your team can actually start using Trading Programs, you will need to send them a welcome email. To do this, simply select their name in the list on the ‘Users’ page and then click on the Send welcome email button at the top of this list.
The team member will then receive an email from us inviting them to start using Trading Programs. They will be required to click on the URL provided and if they do not already have an account with Enable, set the details for their account.
For users who have already been sent a welcome email, the Send welcome email button will be disabled.
If you use an external SSO identity provider to log into Trading Programs (as opposed to an Enable account), you must additionally add the new user's first name and surname.
