Prioritizing actions via the claims dashboard

The claims dashboard provides visibility, context and automation to your Finance teams, allowing each user to analyze and process claims more easily.

This includes clear visibility of key metrics which are automatically presented, to help reduce manual work in your claims processes so that you can quickly make data-driven decisions.

Claims automatically performs analysis on your behalf based on your trading programs and/or special pricing agreements (SPAs). Whenever your data is updated, the latest information will always be reflected in the dashboard.

This article will guide you through:

  1. How to navigate the claims dashboard
    1. Recent activity
    2. Longest outstanding claims
    3. Highest value claims
    4. Outstanding or queried claims tiles
    5. Generate claims
