Monitoring claims activity logs

The claims activity logs maintain an audit trail of activity in the Claims app, providing you with access to search and review a list of claims activities that have been completed by any of your team members.

The activity logs display the events that have occurred, the related claims for the events, details of the activity, the user who performed the activity and when this took place.

This article will guide you through:

Claims admin users have access to the Config area and user permission groups within the Claims app. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.

To access the claims activity logs:

Step 1: Within the Claims app, click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page.

Step 2: Click on Activity log in the drop-down menu.

In the activity logs, you will be able to review the following for each activity:

  • Event: The type of activity for the claim. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
  • Claim: The related claim, if only one claim relates to the event. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
  • Details: A description of the activity completed. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
  • Username: The name of the user in Enable who completed the activity. Click on the column header to order this column alphabetically.
  • Timestamp: Click on the column header to order this column by most recent activity.

Click on a row to display the relevant claim if the event relates to only one claim, or to display a filtered claims listing if the event relates to multiple claims.

How to filter the claims activity logs

The search bar allows you to refine the logs by searching a claim name.

Additional filters can be used to narrow down results. The filters available are:

  • Users: Search, scroll and select to filter by one or more users who completed the activity.
  • Event: Scroll and select from the list to display claims for one type of event.
  • Dates: Select and filter by start date and/or end date of the claim.

Click the Search button to apply the filters you have selected, or click Reset to return to the default log results with no filters applied.
