Many startups are thin on quality and effective sales management, they don’t offer much skills coaching, and offset that with demands for high levels of activity that are neither good quality nor effective.
However, Enable do it a different way. By applying disciplined, effective management practices and having the patience to let the model mature before going out for funding gave Enable the history of success they needed to raise money on their own terms – financially and from an execution perspective as well.
